WINEMAKER NOTES
“Fruit for the 2010 un4seen white was sourced from premium, sustainably-farmed vineyards in Lodi and Clarksburg, California. Grape varieties were harvested separately at their peak of physiologic ripeness and vinifiedas individual lots to develop maximum varietal fruit character and flavor. The lots were then carefully blended together to create a harmonious, finished wine with great fruit expression and flavor complexity. On the nose, intriguing aromas are constantly revealing themselves to the taster: scents of bright applies contributed by the Chardonnay and Semillon lead to classic, floral notes delivered by the Viognier. The wine’s aromatics are capped off with lovely perfumeynotes from the Moscato. The seamless palate has a lush and silky mouthfeel, the result of vinifyingeach wine lot separately so it can reach its fullest potential prior to blending.”
